In line with the company's strategic planning and development needs, "Nanjing Noriega Technology Co." was officially renamed as "Nanjing Superway Medical Devices Co." with effect from 24 August 2015. The business of the former company "Nanjing Noriega Technology Co." will continue to be operated by "Nanjing Superway Medical Devices Co." and the contracts signed by the former company will continue to be valid. With immediate effect, the new company name will be used for all internal and external documents, information, invoices, account numbers, tax numbers, etc.

After the company's name change, the business subjects and legal relationships remain unchanged, the original contracts signed continue to be valid, and the original business relationships and service commitments remain unchanged.
