Fully automatic high performance furnace for final sintering of deformation-free zirconia billets. By using the ceramill Therm 3 high temperature furnace, the zirconia frame can achieve the final density and the best material property. For sintering, the object is placed on a sintered bead, which ensures a low friction sintering process, thus ensuring a deformation-free blank. Ceramill® Therm 3 provides high level of security treatment through its thermostatic control and uniform temperature distribution of the entire combustion chamber. This enables the user to control and determine whether the blank has reached its final density and thus its strength. Users can use 250 sintering program locations, three of which have been pre-programmed using proven AG sintering programs.
